ELECTRO STATIC DISIPATIVE (ESD) EPOXY FLOORING SYSTEM
An ESD (5000 Volt Charge to 0 Volts in <0.1 sec) or CONDUCTIVE (2.5E4-1E6) is a solid color, seamless EPOXY FLOORING SYSTEM designed to provide STATIC CONTROL PROPERTIES in the conductive range of 25,000-1,000,000 (2.5E4-1E6) ohms resistance when tested using ESD Association test method 7.1. Its smooth high gloss static dissipative finish prevents electrostatic damage to electronic products and equipment, limits the ability of personnel to build up a charge on their person and quickly removes a charge on a person or equipment. At a nominal 24 mil thickness, this system has the additional protection associated with industrial floor coatings.
